Le personnel fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients en revanche ils n’ont pas les moyens pour y parvenir. La formule tout inclu laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, il faut pleurer pour avoir une bouteille d’eau pour bĂ©bĂ©. Les cocktails sont fait avec de l’alcool local ( pas terrible). Le personnel de la rĂ©ception sont pour la plupart peu sympathique voir dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Un rapport sur la propretĂ©,les disfonctionnements et la malhonnĂȘtetĂ© des responsables de l hĂŽtel sera envoyĂ© Ă  Expedia. Le jour de notre dĂ©part nous devions faire le point avec le gestionnaire que l’on voit partout brasser du vent dans l’hotel mais comme par hasard ce jour lĂ  il Ă©tait abonnĂ© absent .... bizarre et irrespectueux.
