Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby.

Agonizing three days without air in the lobby and barely working in the room. Food and entertainment were very good. The kids had fun in the pool but the adults were miserable.

Awful hotel! Air conditioner did not work in the lobby and the recreational area. Internet is only available at the lobby where it is 100 degrees. Air condition barely worked in the room. Food was good and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall, it is a 1 star hotel.

L'hĂŽtel Castille belle construction mais vieillissante. Les chambres en Ă©tage avec petite fenĂȘtre peu agrĂ©able. Nous avons changĂ© pour une chambre rez de chaussĂ©e avec balcon plus agrĂ©able.... mais la literie "HORRIBLE"impossible de dormir dure inconfortable... nous avons ajoutĂ© des matelas de piscine sous le drap de dessous pour pouvoir dormir. Parlons du positif une magnifique piscine bien entretenue, une belle plage quelquefois encombrĂ©e d'algues, un tracteur passe tous les jours mais il Ă©tale plutĂŽt les dĂ©chets. Les transats sont en fin de vie et les matelas complĂštement dĂ©foncĂ©s. La restauration est moyenne mais commune Ă  d'autres hĂŽtels. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s (14 septembre) tous les repas Ă©taient en intĂ©rieur..... inconcevable alors que des trĂšs belles terrasses couvertes entourent le restaurant... mais point trĂšs positif le personnel est totalement rĂ©actif et devant la demande des tables ont Ă©tĂ© dressĂ©es dehors. Le responsable de salle et son Ă©quipe sont trĂšs professionnels, gentils, performants, et trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute ainsi que le personnel de cuisine...... toujours un point noir l'entretien de la salle de restaurant sol magnifique mais sale, les baies vitrĂ©es trĂšs sales.... les ascenseurs sales Ă©galement... Je ne parle pas de l'Ă©quipe d'animation ne participant pas aux animations.... mais le soir musique trĂšs trĂšs forte les chambres Ă  proximitĂ© Ă©taient trĂšs gĂȘnĂ©es. Le soleil Ă©tait lĂ , la mer et la piscine Ă©taient chaudes les vacances Ă©taient bonnes malgrĂ© tout.

Vi blev vÀldigt dÄligt bemötta vid incheckningen eftersom de inte ville ta emot ett sÀllskap pÄ tre personer av det manliga könet. Efter en timme och tvÄ samtal till Hotels fick vi checka in. Vi hade ett rum för tre och det var tre bÀddar men enbart tvÄ glas och tvÄ uppsÀttningar handdukar. Toaletten var ofrÀsch och ostÀdad, balkongen lika sÄ. Utemöblerna var otvÀttade och smutsiga. Duschdraperiet behövdes ocksÄ bytas ut. VÄrt rum lÄg ocksÄ precis utanför poolomrÄdet dÀr det spelades vÀldigt hög musik pÄ kvÀllarna fram till midnatt.

Chambre pour 3, nous sommes arrivĂ©es il n’y avait que 2 serviettes, 2 oreillers, 
 Pas de bouteille d’eau
 quand on sait qu’on ne peut pas boire l’eau du robinet Personnel pas trĂšs accueillant, nous avons demandĂ© un taxi on nous a dit qu’il fallait aller sur la route et qu’on verrai bien 
 Clime qui ne fonctionnait pas sous 37°c
. Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre Sol de la chambre pas propre Et j’en passe

HĂŽtel Ă  recommander.

HÎtel trÚs sympathique et attractif, de taille humaine. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Animations: activités diverses pour ceux qui en ont envie, repos pour ceux qui préfÚrent, aucune obligation. L'équipe d'animation se donne à fond pour les soirées en plus des activités de jour. Personnel professionnel, pas de baratin: du service et de la gentillesse. Je suis Mme café allongé/américain/peu de café, beaucoup d'eau, j'en ai usé plus d'un. Sans parler de la boukha ;) A noter qu'on y trouve de la Jektiss, le champagne tunisien (eau gazeuse), alors qu'elle est en rupture de stock en beaucoup d'endroits. Au restaurant, traitée aux petits oignons (merci Walid), pas trop de choix de plats, ce qui permet d'avoir de bons repas. Merci au chef pour son poulet au miel! Chambre faite tous les jours, impeccable, essuies changés chaque jour aussi; là encore amabilité et service OK. La piscine est gigantesque et super agréable. L'hÎtel est situé sur les plus belles plages de Djerba (entre la Seguia et le petit port d'Aghir). Réception agréable, serviable. Bon à savoir: l'hÎtel n'est pas responsable des manquements de ses clients mal élevés. Bref, durant ces 12 jours, ça n'a été que du bonheur. Je le recommande car qualité/prix au top.

Bonne localisation repas trÚs léger en qualité et originalité mais l'hÎtel fermé dans la semaine de notre séjour . Le wifi est trÚs faible et seulement autour de la réception . Pour le prix payé il ne faut pas demander un hÎtel et un service 4 étoiles et se contenter de 3 étoiles basique.
