Tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Girdiğimiz andan itibaren otel personeli son derece ilgili. Havaalanından kalkan otobüsler direkt önünde indiriyor giderken de yine aynı şekilde çok rahat oldu. Çok merkezi konumda yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşım var ama otel o kargaşa içinde de değil. Yine gittiğimizde artık favorimiz burası.

The room is super spacious. The breakfast is good. The pool is good, but you need to pass the spa area which is a bit uncomfortable for us.

Otelin konumu ve konforu dışında herşey çok kötüydü hizmet sıfır kahvaltı kötü herşeyi geçtim ben hayatımda bu kadar saygısız otel işletmesi görmedim suit odada kaldım 2 gün de 1500 tl ödedim ve otel işletmesi bir gün sonra beni arayıp odada ki 2 liralık kül tablasının biz çıktıktan sonra odada olmadığını söyleyerek resmen bizi kül tablasını çalmış olabilmekle itham etti ve çok saygısız bir şekilde telefonda benimle tartıştı saka gibi bildiğiniz 2 liralık kül tablası hani özel birşey falanda değil benim ona ihtiyacımın olmadığını hiç-bir şekilde almadığımı yemin ederek söylemek zorunda kaldım onuda bıraktım adama diyelim ki ben aldım ayıp değilmi size bunun için arayıp olayı tartışma boyutuna getiriyorsunuz dediğimde ise bana size bir hesap numarası yolluyorum oraya 50 tl yatırın dedi ısrarla yine almadığımı söylediğimde aldıysanız allahınızdan bulun diye cevap aldım en kısa zamanda o kül tablasını 50 adet alıp hediye edeceğim otel sahibine......

otel rezervasyonumuz kahvaltılı bir şekilde olmasına rağmen lobideki görevli kahvaltı dahil olmadığını söyledi. Bunun üzerine rezervasyon yaptığım şirketi aradım ve kahvaltılı olduğunu doğrulatıp, faturayı acentaya yolladım. Sorun belki otel kaynaklı değildi acenta kaynaklıydı ama otelde ingilizce konuşabilen yetkili olmadığı için sorunun çözümü için 40 dakika kadar uğraştım. Bu sorundan ziyade böyle büyük bir otelde ingilizce konuşabilen kimse olmaması beni şaşırttı.
