Our room was excellent! Clean and spotless and comfortable. Our meals and portions were very good! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Even though it was very late in the evening, the front desk person managed to have our laundry done and outside our door in the morning! Would definitely stay there again!

I cannot rave enough about my stay at the Castle! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food, both dinner and breakfast were superb ( the sea bass at dinner was delicious and the black pudding was to die for!) The room was immaculate and beautiful (we stayed in the Oak Suite). If you can stay there for sure!

Beautiful in every way! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was excellent. We loved the Green Lady Bar! We chose to attend the ghost tour, which was rich with history of the castle and the permanent residents that reside there. It’s a must stay for those who love comfort, hospitality, and history.

The idea of staying in a castle in Scotland was great. When we got there it didn't disappoint in that it had the character of a castle and wandering around the place was nice. The bar area was also very warm and comfortable and the cooked breakfast was good. The additional breakfast bits like the cooked pastries though were hard. Overall, the place was good but i felt it would be even better if it had a new lick of paint as it looked slightly tired in places. Glad we stayed there and was a good place to start our journey for our trip.
