WORST HOTEL EVER! No towels, no soap and no toilet paper! Bathroom shower not working! They didn't gave another room. Breakfeats was a simple black cofee and one mufin. Never again! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Please read the other poor reviews and take note. This hotel is very dirty. Poorly maintained and the staff did not care at all about my complaints. I booked for two nights and stayed at alternative accommodation instead due to the state of the room being so bad. Broken furniture. Tv hanging off wall and previous occupants business still in toilet. Please be advised and book elsewhere.

Ideal accommodation for putting your head down

Perfectly adequate for my purposes. Room was pretty clean - particularly the bed linen and the bathroom were immaculate. Service from the staff was excellent - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for budget accommodation this is ideal.

The room was clean warm and comfortable there was no kettle in room, the bathroom was clean but the plug in the shower was block and it filled so unable to have shower in case of flooding bathroom. Not much choice at breakfast there was toast or cereal, open jam and marmalade jars wasn’t tolded there was no cooked opinions. There was no bar and staff were friendly

Check in very friendly. In the middle of town, so easy to find and good for findi g place's to eat. Room very hot, not quite as depicted in the picture, but served well enough for a 1 night stop over as part of a longer trip.

Central and friendly Guest house

Lovely host who was friendly and kept my room for me unlike the Park Hill Guest House in Inverness. Breakfast is included in the price and is taken in the Waverley Inn behind the church. Highly recommended and pricing is ultra competitive
