This elegant 3-room vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of the "Résidence Les Terrasses" and extends across 65 m2 of fully renovated living space, having been completely refurbished in 2026 with comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is configured with 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful stay. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed composed of 2 individual mattresses of 70 cm each, with a length of 190 cm. The living and dining area provides a welcoming space for relaxation and meals, and the property includes 1 shower room with WC. From the apartment, guests can enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped to meet all the needs of a comfortable stay.
