Available from Saturday to Saturday, just 400 meters from Dinan’s historic center, this spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment welcomes you to a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll find everything you need to unwind after exploring the ramparts, the medieval castle, or spending a day at the beach on the Emerald Coast—less than 30 minutes away.<br>All shops are nearby, and there’s a large market on Thursday mornings.<br>The apartment is a pleasant 55 m² space. It’s located on the first floor of a small, very quiet building equipped with an elevator.<br>It features a large, comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.<br>Two French doors with electric roller shutters in the living area open onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the garden and a stone wall. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture.<br>A travel crib is available, and a high chair can be provided upon request.<br>One parking space is assigned to the apartment.<br>We are ideally located for exploring the beautiful and historic town of Dinan on foot, as well as for discovering the entire Emerald Coast—whether you prefer the town or the beach (the charming villages of St. Suliac and St. Briac are 20 minutes away, the famous seaside resort of Dinard is 20 minutes away, St. Malo with its walled city, beaches, and aquarium 25 minutes away, Mont Saint-Michel 45 minutes away, as well as the Château du Fort La Latte and Cap Fréhel 45 minutes away...).<br>Sheets, towels, and washcloths are available upon request:<br>10€ per person.<br>The apartment must be left clean on the day of your departure; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 40€ will be charged.<br>As the apartment is located in a small condominium, it is not suitable for parties.
