Newly Renovated Waterfront Condo on Lake Dillon!

Beautifully updated ground-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the heart of Dillon. Walk to the farmers market, amphitheater, marina, restaurants, and the free Summit Stage bus stop. Just a short drive to five ski resorts—Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland.

In winter, enjoy skiing/snow boarding at one of 5 resorts within 30 min (Keystone is 15 min), ice skating, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing right on Lake Dillon. In summer, paddleboard, kayak, sail, or take out a pontoon boat. Hiking and biking trails surround the area.

The complex features an indoor clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and two hot tubs, plus an outdoor fire pit and community gas grills. Inside the condo you’ll find a steam shower, in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, three smart TVs with cable, and a cozy gas fireplace. Amazing location, impeccable property

We adored this condo. The location could not be beat for summer or winter activities. Close to skiing, walking distance to the lake and to entertainment. The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked and updated. The host bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be coming back!
