We had a very pleasant stay at this unit. While it's on a smaller side (500 ft), the unit feels updated and well maintained. Also, many things in the unit feel new - e.g., kitchen pots, pans, and appliances. The cleaning team did a great job cleaning the entire unit. The bedding is very comfortable too. One of the best features of the unit is the view. You can see the white mountain tops on the other side of the Lake Dillion. On a good day, you can also walk around the lake. Very peaceful setting. One slight complaint is the foot traffic. Because of the location of the unit, neighbors could pass by occasionally. Luckily, during our stay, all the neighbors were nice and there was no loud party either, despite the fact that it was the Spring Break and we had college students in the building. The location is great. It's close to the Town Park where you can play tennis/pickle ball or visit the playground. It's easy to get to A-Basin, Keystone, Copper, or other mountains. City Market is just a mile away, making grocery shopping convenient.
