The motel was very clean. The breakfast menu was better than most. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, and all the other expected items. While I was eating, a very pleasant young man was constantly restocking items and cleaning.

It was the perfect location to enjoy a concert at Dillon Amphitheater, sunset on the lake beach, and instant access to the summit county bike trail. Its not new but its predictable, perfectly located and puts off a solid summer camp woods vibe with mature trees and separated buildings connected by comfortable walkways.
