There is a cozy sitting area with a TV and French doors leading to the patio, which features patio furniture and a view of a tree-lined embankment.

The open kitchen features a spacious and luxurious kitchen unit, equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a fridge-freezer, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. The kitchen has an automatic exhaust system that turns on automatically when you start cooking. There is also a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a toilet, a vanity unit, a spacious shower equipped with a handheld and rain showerhead, and an electric towel warmer. The bathroom also features a washer/dryer combo that can be rented (optional).
