Second floor:
Hallway with large built-in closet.
1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and an adjoining spacious bathroom with tub, shower, and toilet; both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and each has access to the balcony.
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), also featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The windows face south toward the garden and are equipped with blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Extra-large duvets (155x220 cm) on all beds.
A travel crib can be provided.

Munich is 45 minutes away by car, 1 hour and 15 minutes by train, and 2 hours and 30 minutes by bike.
