The train station and town center, with its wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful and well-maintained apartment building (9 units), where local owners also live.
The apartment includes a parking space and three bike racks, located directly in front of the building.
The approximately 73-square-meter apartment is laid out as follows: On the first floor is a large, bright living-dining room with direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace, which features a retractable awning. From the terrace, you enter a private, secluded, idyllic garden that is approximately 260 square meters in size. Garden furniture and a grill are available in the garden shed.
The living/dining room is furnished with a large corner sofa and a récamière.
The spacious living/dining room (23 square meters) features a large dining table with four chairs. The media corner features a TV and a radio with a CD player.
A small, well-equipped kitchen leads off from the living/dining room, offering excellent cooking and baking facilities (electric range with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven). Of course, there is a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also provided.
The bright, east-facing bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm) and a spacious built-in closet.
Opposite the bedroom is a well-maintained bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The basement level is accessible via a spiral staircase. Here you’ll find another small hallway leading to a spacious second bedroom (18 square meters). This room contains two single beds (sleeping area: 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The large window facing the garden makes the room appear bright and inviting.
All windows in the apartment can be darkened with roller shutters. Furthermore, the apartment features hardwood floors and tile flooring, making it well-suited for people with allergies. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided.
