Perfectly framed right on a private lake and sitting directly across from the scenic spillway of Bayshore Park, this 2-story home offers the ideal blend of serene bayside relaxation and action-packed coastal adventure.

Whether you are casting a line off our community fishing pier, taking the kids to the park across the street, or lounging next to the heated community pool just four houses away, your group of up to 8 will find their slice of Texas paradise right here

- Gated community quiet hours are actively enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property inside and anywhere on the premises.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed with a mandatory $50 pet fee per stay. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after them outside.
- Private entrance parking accommodates up to 2-3 vehicles max. All vehicles must park inside our designated space next to the unit; do not park on the street or block the main house entrance.
