Our room was clean and comfortable. James at the front desk was quick to help with all of our needs and make sure we got settled in after a horrible experience at another hotel in town. Breakfast was fresh and everything was clean and tiddy. We will definitely stay again. It is very safe, Parking lot well lit. Lots of food options close to hotel

Some of the worst service I have experienced at any hotel. Nothing in the room worked, from the TV channels to the soap dispensers in the shower. housekeeping was non existent the entire stay. Only redeeming quality is the location.

On checking in we found that the hot tub was not working as the pump had broke and was not repaired yet. The TV was also not working at all rooms as an electrical problem had caused an outage and was not repaired till the evening of the second day we were there. The sink faucet was loose and the main elevator in the lobby area broke down for some reason the 2nd day there.

Our check in process was not very smooth, we had our small dog with us also which when booking it said pet friendly and it ended up being $50 a day to have her with us which online it showed a $25 pet fee. The whole first floor smelled like sewer on more than 1 occasion and the beds were not good… they were so uncomfortable.
