Absolute Ruhe im Olivenhain

This vacation rental, a new construction in the Ligurian style, is located in a typical Ligurian olive grove in the hilly countryside. It’s in a very quiet setting—ideal for relaxing. The house is furnished in a Mediterranean style. It is very bright and filled with natural light. The large living room with an open kitchen invites you to enjoy a feast. On the garden terrace, which features a grill, you can wind down at the end of the day with a fine glass of wine. The next day can be spent enjoying the beach and its clean seawater. Access is via a residential road, a short section of which is unpaved. The road ends at the house. As a result, the vacation home is completely free of car traffic and very quiet. We do not recommend bringing a rental car.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ruhe der Lage haben wir sehr genossen und konnten so richtig entspannen. Der Vermieter war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit – bei Fragen gab es immer schnell eine Antwort. Auch An- und Abreise liefen völlig unkompliziert ab.Die Lage ist zudem ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge: Von hier aus haben wir Sanremo, Ventimiglia und sogar einen Abstecher nach Frankreich unternommen.Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wohnen im Olivenhain

Schönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Übergabe zu Beginn und Abnahme am Ende mit freundlichem Vermieter völlig unkompliziert. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Orte am Meer oder in das Hinterland (z.B. Imperia oder Taggia). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Diano Marina. Urlaub für Erholungssuchende, die Tiefenentspannung und Abstand vom hektischen Alltag suchen.

nur mit Allradgetriebe und kleinem Auto zu empfehlen

Großes Haus mit schöner Aufteilung und tollem Ausblick. Sehr abgelegen im Olivenhain. Nur für Extrem-Ruhesuchende zu empfehlen... Das Auto muss jeden Tag genutzt werden. Zu Fuss/per Rad sind Ort, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte nicht zu erreichen. Das letzte Stück der Strasse zum Ferienhaus ist unbefestigt und sehr steinig: schlecht für Auto und Reifen. Aufgrund des Strassenzustandes habe mir an meinem Neuwagen einen Platten gefahren.. es wäre fair, vor Buchung über den tatsächlichen Strassenzustand informiert zu werden: "unbefestigt" ist hier stark untertrieben. Ein zusätzlicher Hinweis zum tatsächlichen Zustand der Zuwegung wäre angebracht. Ich hätte das Haus aufgrund der Auffahrt nicht gebucht.
