Hotel a 4 stelle e devo dire che le mie aspettative non sono state completamente soddisfatte. Sebbene la struttura fosse pulita e confortevolmente arredata, ho notato alcuni dettagli che mi hanno fatto pensare piĂč a un hotel a 3 stelle. In particolare, ho trovato poco professionale il servizio di pulizia della stanza: gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati ogni giorno come mi aspettavo, e questo mi ha lasciato un po' di sorpresa. In generale, l'hotel ha un buon potenziale, ma credo che dovrebbe migliorare alcuni aspetti per essere all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle. Spero che possano prendere in considerazione queste osservazioni per migliorare la qualitĂ  del soggiorno per i futuri ospiti."

Hotellet var riktigt fint, rent och hade ett mycket bra lĂ€ge. Vi valde rum med utsikt och balkong mot havet. (Andra alternativ kan vara mot bakgata) Det enda jag vill klaga pĂ„ var frukosten. Vi bodde dĂ€r i tvĂ„ dagar. Första frukosten var ”OK” andra dagen fanns knappt nĂ„got bröd. Bortsett frĂ„n rostbröd var allt gammalt och sĂ„ hĂ„rt att de fick skĂ€ra detta i smĂ„ ”tumme-smĂ„â€ bitar för att gĂ„ att tugga skinkan och osten var nĂ€stan slut hela tiden och skinkan jag fick var ”syrlig” / Ej bra. Denna sista frukost förstörde helheten för ett Ă„terbesök. Mindre viktigt men Ă€ndĂ„. Det var en stor fin matsal med mycket gĂ€ster. HĂ€r fanns bara 1 st kaffemaskin som var vĂ€ldigt lĂ„ngsam i förhĂ„llande till antal gĂ€ster.

Accueil et localisation parfaite pour Diano Marina, facilitĂ© de stationnement dans la rue. Check in irrĂ©prochable avec d'excellents conseils de la part de tout le staff rĂ©ception. Point Excellent pour la propretĂ© de la chambre et de l’hĂŽtel. La chambre Ă©tait exemplaire ( et je suis ultra maniaque). Un grand bravo a l’équipe de femme de chambre. En point moins positif: J'avais demandĂ© un grand lit et j'ai eu deux lit jumeaux collĂ©s- clairement ce n'est pas confortable - surtout que les deux lits bougeait... Dans la chambre: il manque des mouchoirs et des petits Ă©lĂ©ments de toilettes seraient un plus (cotons...) TrĂšs bon petit dĂ©jeuner et trĂšs calme la nuit. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.

Bon hÎtel en bord de mer Bon accueil à la réception Belle chambre en front de mer avec balcon au 4eme étage propre et accueillante. Nous ne l'avions pas réservé mais la réceptionniste a été trÚs arrangeante.Bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec un grand choix de gùteaux, fruits,fromages et charcuteries. Le personnel est trÚs attentionné. Tout était parfait.

HĂŽtel bien situĂ© avec belle plage. Ambiance familiale avec des tenanciers Ă  notre Ă©coute.
