James was a great host, very responsive and on top of any questions we may have had along the way. House was wonderful and nothing beats that view. We would highly recommend staying here and would return for another stay if we decide to visit lake George again. House was clean and felt like home. This stay took our week away to the next level.

The perfect lakeside retreat for a large multi-family gathering!We had four families travel up from Florida for this trip, and this property was absolutely perfect for a large group. The layout is brilliant—the split floor plan, two main living areas, and a massive basement stocked with games meant the kids and adults all had plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor setup is just as impressive. We spent our afternoons hanging out on the porch, grilling, enjoying the indoor screened areas, and taking in the gorgeous views of Lake George. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. It was incredibly convenient being just down the hill from Brodie's Lakeside Marina for pontoon rentals. We found everything we needed (groceries, restaurants) within a quick 7 to 15-minute drive. We actually ended up preferring the downtown Bolton Landing area and its beach over the main Lake George village! Ultimately, this home provided incredible value and was exactly as advertised. We would definitely book again!
