It was a good experience! The only downside were noisy neighbours who would play loud music and movies past 2am, but when I asked them to turn the volume down they listened. The bed isn’t super soft and you can feel the springs of the mattress easily. The staff are very friendly and super helpful!

Well from the friendly service on the desk with nice bell boy to daily cleaning, was happy with place . Breakfast was a good spread as expected . The head waiter spoke English and offered friendly advice . Would certainly go again .

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Residence Hotel. The reception and customer service team, especially Mr. Shafayat and Mr. Imam, were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional throughout my stay. They always served with a smile and did their very best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Their polite and caring attitude truly made a positive impression on me. The room service, cleanliness, food, and breakfast were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Nafiz, Mr. Kamal, Mr. Hasib, Mr. Rubayet, and all the other staff members whose names I may have forgotten. Every single employee was polite, respectful, hardworking, and professional in their duties. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Well done to the entire team at Royal Residence Hotel. Highly recommended! 10/10

A good hotel with a reasonable cost. Reception: 5⭐️ I received a warm welcome and greeted with a smile. Room was pre booked and paid. Very efficiently checked in. My room was changed and upgraded without any issues due to smoking smell and damaged features in the initial room. Thanks to the checking in manager. Room: 2⭐️ The upgraded room was specious, bed was comfortable, all facilities were there. However, furniture were damaged, used quite badly, bathroom were falling apart, shower not working properly, Ac drain pipe was connected in the bathroom which makes noise all day long, cleanness in the bathroom was poor. Reported to the receptionist. Breakfast: 4⭐️ Wide variety of breakfast choices, fresh fruits, salads, choice of Bangladeshi and oriental foods provided. Staff at the restaurant were helpful too.
