This was one of best stay in a hotel anywhere. We were treated like royalty. Welcomed by every employee when we returned every night. They had the pool (spectacular view there) repaired in a rush because we wanted to swim after our days of visit. The food was plenty, international and very good. Maymur a concierge helped us plan everything, trips, taxis, visits: he was great. The suite we had was perfect; large and fully equipped. Silent with good AC. One caveat: The hot water could be just a little bit warmer. The rest: perfect.

This was a nice hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We had a mechanical issue and they fixed it immediately as well. The only downside was some of the staff were inconsistent in behavior, but I believe that is just the difference between the new and experienced staff here.

This hotel displays outstanding customer service! They are attentive, always inquiring if they can do something for you. We had a suite so we enjoyed the extra space. They also have excellent gym facilities.

Exceptional in all areas.

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for so many reasons. The staff are exceptional the room is modern, large and extremely comfortable. I have stayed here a few times now and would never look at another hotel in Dhaka.

Ridiculous price charged by hotel for hotel taxi t

Hotel interior is OK, however you need to be careful when choosing this hotel if you do not absolutely need to be located in this area. The traffic is a nightmare. You could be stuck in traffic moving only meters in 20minutes. Literally snail pace. It could take up to 2 hrs to get to airport in peak. I arrived in peak and airport taxi cost 1500TK (USD 13). Hotel charges USD 50 plus 20%loading taxes etc… My trip back to the airport was chosen at 7am to avoid traffic and took 18minutes….. still charged nearly 60 usd.
