Three-Story Townhome with Community Pool Access

Seabreeze 8- Located on 26 McKinley Ave. Sunny end unit, ocean block, three-story town home with parking for 2 cars and overlooking the Seabreeze Village pool! Enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach in this bright, airy rental, located just steps from the beach and restaurants. The first floor includes a bedroom, full bath and screened porch. The second floor features an open floor plan consisting of a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, a half bath, a large deck overlooking the pool and a newly rebuilt back deck set up for outdoor dining. The third floor includes a large master bedroom and bath with a deck, and two additional bedrooms and one bath. Lots of space for everyone!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $206.00.

Booking Restrictions- 7 Night Stays

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Perfect beach house for a multigenerational family

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access as well as the townhouse amenities like the pool. Kitchen was fully furnished with more than enough cooking supplies . We enjoyed sitting out on the decks in the evenings. Overall very happy and would rent again if we’re ever back in the area. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars; there was some cosmetic damage with flooring/trim on and around the stairs.

Perfect for our group, great location

The location was perfect: so close to beach, close to nightlife, generous parking. Loved having the pool access and 4 decks. Wear and tear throughout, but the many pros outweighed those cons. We had a great stay!!
