"Sea of Pines" at the Beach
Gorgeous new house is hidden among pine trees less than a minute walk from a spectacular private breach. Located in a private community at the Delaware shore. Sleeps 14 comfortably. Bright and airy with terrific outdoor living spaces on three decks - a rooftop deck with views of the ocean and Rehoboth Bay, pool deck with pool bar, TV, outdoor shower and powder room., and a shaded front porch with rockers and swing. Three season screened in porch features one of two fireplaces and year round is a great spot to wind down after a long day at the beach!
Home has six bedrooms; 5 with private bath, 4 outdoor showers, and 3 powder rooms; a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Second floor features a media room, and kitchenette. An elevator helps with those who need it and transporting groceries to the stunning kitchen on the top floor.
No pets allowed.
Private beach with lifeguards is a less than a minute walk from house.
Families preferred; renter must be at least 30 yrs old.
