105 Bellevue St. Unit A- Located in the HEART of Dewey Beach. You cannot find a better location if your desire is to be in the middle of the action! This apartment has been completely remodeled and includes a primary bedroom and bath and sitting area on the second floor. The first floor includes a second bedroom and bath and an eat in kitchen. The apartment is just over a block to the beach and includes off street parking for 1 car. A perfect spot to take in all of Dewey Beach! This rental is dog friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $138.75.

Second floor- 1 King

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
