A full enclosed outdoor warm water shower overlooking wooded tree lot over raised deck, 2nd deck out front for more outdoor entertainment, . Bring your bikes and walking feet to walk this wooded secluded bayfront neighborhood, which includes outdoor pool and large sundeck with tables. 5 minute walk to Dewey beach or 5 minute bike to silver lake another 5 minute circle around to board walk. 2 stationary cribs onsite for baby/toddlers, plenty of beds/bunks for children. Large kitchen open layout to living and dining spaces, front portico deck and Loft has partial bay views!

Thanksgiving get away

This house is the perfect place for a quiet family get away. The house is so beautiful with enough space for everyone. The loft space was a hit for the younger kids, it was their own private “indoor” treehouse! Luis is a very gracious host and so accommodating.

So peaceful

We had a great time. There were only 4 of us so we lots of room to spread out. I slept like a baby. My daughter's online school had begun and she did her classes and was able to ride the bike to the beach and swim after class. The kitchen is exquisite. My husband and I are now also spoiled after showering in a shower that is only a little smaller than our current bathroom.

Awesome neighborhood. Quiet, yet 5 min bike ride to Cullen Street beach and to Dewey downtown. 10-15 min bike ride to downtown Rehoboth. Perfect for us. Easy to text owner/manager.

We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were very friendly. Enjoyed biking and walking around the neighborhood. Area has lots to do for adults and kids alike!

Work Stay in July

I stayed at the property with some of my coworkers while operating a lacrosse event at DE Turf. The property was the perfect place for our group to unwind after long days and Luis was excellent with communication before, during and after our stay.

Great house!

My group had an awesome stay at this house, it fit all of us with no issue and the house was clean and so nice! The weekend was really hot so we didn’t really use the pool but the location was great, private but close enough to walk to the beach or any restaurants/bars (15 minutes or so). Luis was wonderful and made the process easy and was available if we needed anything/had any questions during our stay. Definitely would love to stay again next year!!
