Comfortable Stay..but

Our stay was pretty nice. Check in was a little on the rude side. The young lady checking us in was not feeling well and was needing to leave. She had signed out of her computer and told a worker named Mike, she had signed out of computer. He took no initiative to accommodate her or us. He rudely told her he didnt care, to log back in computer and help us. It was so unprofessional and I felt sorry for the young lady. She did and got us taken care but for a bit, it really ticked me off. Glad none of the staff acted like him. Everyone else was very nice and etc. I would stay here again but MIKE needs an attitude adjustment or perhaps another place to work.

Nice place to stay

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Service is always a pleasure and for those that like their hand at the slots, it is a simple walk through the lobby to enter into their casino. Included is also a restaurant and their prices are quite reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone passing through Oklahoma

Won’t be back, go next door

Old hotel and casino are old and outdated. No new games. Hotel was clean but so dated. Machines are so tight, I recommend going next door to the Kiowa casino and hotel. We blew through $400 in 30 mins, never had any bonuses on machines....Nicer, more up to date, better machines, better payout! We will not be back to Comanche Red River.

Great hotel on the way home

We stopped here on our way home from Amarillo visiting friends. It was about the halfway mark. The hotel and staff were outstanding and we loved the casino.

Very nice hotel

Kleines Casino Hotel in the middle of nowhere

Super! Okay, ich bin etwas Unparteiisch, da ich gewonnen habe. Aber die Zimmer sind vollkommen okay, alles sauber. Essen und Getränke sind reichhaltig, Preise mehr als fair. Ein kleines Casino, aber auch das reicht aus. Personal ist freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!!!!!

Housekeeping

We were a little disappointed with housekeeping. They didn't take our used washrags, just left them lying in the shower. We had three towels in the room, my husband used his and left it in the floor where it laid. I had hung up my towel and that left us with just one towel, which was okay, but a little odd I thought. Some kleenex had fallen on the floor and wasn't picked up. I just didn't feel that housekeeping was as good as usual. We've never had problems before, maybe ya'll were short handed....
