The staff was great, the room was good, breakfast was good, but Devils Run is the busiest weekend of the year, so the hot food was empty for about 20 minutes, but it was replaced afterwards, still a great assortment of options for complimentary breakfast. The pool had way more chlorine than our eyes could handle, and it is fairly small. The hot tub was very pleasant. Overall happy, would stay again.

Breakfast was limited. Young man manning the breakfast area was more interested in eating than keeping food items filled or area cleaned. We stayed 3 days and it was the same each day. Sunday was the worst with no hot food, muffins, or utensils. Lady from front desk started filling things in order for us to eat anything.

Waffle was great, my husband’s food was cold he had biscuits and gravy, and eggs they were cold . I believe the warmer wasn’t working or on. They were out of coffee cups so you couldn’t get coffee. The rest of the stay was great. Nice clean soft beds as busy as they were our room was very quiet. I’d stay there again sometimes food accidents happen.

We weren’t informed when making the reservation that the pool was out of service. Free breakfast was very limited & when I asked to have the overflowing trash can emptied my request was ignored. I also thought the room & bedding smelled like smoke. Would not stay there again.
