The hotel was clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was great. Breakfast was ok. The parking lot was partially plowed but the areas around the front entrance were not well shoveled.

The room, receptionists, and breakfast were all great. The hockey parents who arrived on Friday were not. They woke us up at 2:30 a.m. I called the front desk and they immediately took care of the situation.

A little disappointed in the greeting at check-in but the person attending was not rude but could have used a little more of a cheerful greeting?? The manager was very nice and did a great job of attending her role as manager and still finding enough time to do a great job at taking care of the breakfast buffet. Room was average but still better than some hotels. The room had a good HVAC that was warm and pretty quiet. Breakfast was average but still offering a pretty good variety of choices.

Old rusted baseboard heaters are unsafe and poorly repaired bathrooms sheetrock. Old mountain dew can from precious guest but that is just a minor housekeeper issue. Condition of the property was below average and i picked it because it was above average price and Raddison name. Beds were perfect.
