The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook for your morning breakfast.

Property was as pictured. Very clean and spacious. The only issue I have was there were no small pots in kitchen accessories. Landscaping was a little overgrown in backyard, but other than that it was a beautiful Property. Would recommend to any potential renters.

Repeat Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Patricia’s lovely home. My bother is ill and the hospital is in close proximity so we had no hesitation in booking another week with her. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

House clean in a good neighborhood. Air conditioning issues the first few days, the owner was very accommodating. She had maintenance come in and repair the following day. No trash bags provided, but I consider that trivial complaint. It is a home away from home that was much nicer than any hotel.

Amazing Property!

What a find! It was a very beautiful home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in, we had to keep walking because the properly was large, very clean, very totally updated. We actually thought it was a model home with everything so gorgeous and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and had trees everywhere! We cannot say enough great things. The home was clean and spacious and fit all the needs I required during my stay. I will be recommending this service to others. We stayed at this property for three weeks and were disappointed by both the condition of the home and our experience with the owner.The home was significantly under-equipped for an extended stay. There were only a few unstained bath towels and three hand towels for the entire house, no bath mats, very few hangers, inadequate cookware (not even enough to cook for two people comfortably), no side tables to put anything on in the living spaces, and very limited household supplies. We contacted the owner during our stay, and she acknowledged she hadn't been to the property in a long time and wasn't aware of many of these issues,The listing also did not accurately reflect the location. It was described as peaceful and "in the trees," but the home sits on a busy street corner near a major highway, with noticeable traffic noise that rattles the entire house!There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including mold in the shower, a broken microwave and fireplace, a stained mattress pad, stains on the sofa, and overgrown landscaping and tons of weeds.After checkout, when I requested reimbursement for the basic household items we had purchased because they were not provided, the owner instead accused us of clogging a toilet and using too much toilet paper. We strongly dispute those claims.Unfortunately, our trip to Michigan was a very disappointing experience due to our stay. Would not recommend this home to anyone!!!

From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we had found a temporary home away from home. The house itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts and conveniences we needed for a seamless transition during our renovation period. The layout was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. One of the highlights of the house was its prime location, which offered easy access to our renovation site as well as nearby amenities. Whether we needed to pop over to the store for supplies or grab a quick bite to eat after a long day of work, everything was conveniently located just a short drive away. The host was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. Her attention to detail and prompt communication made the entire experience a breeze. In summary, our time at this house was a true lifesaver during a challenging time. It provided the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, allowing us to navigate our renovations with ease. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and support of our host and would highly recommend this property to anyone in need of a temporary haven during renovations.

Overall…house is lovely

Very responsive when needed. House was very nice & welcoming. My only cons were, there is only one tv in the home, drainage in both bathrooms upstairs was very slow & at night it was very warm. If I every visited Detroit again, I would definitely keep this home in mind.
