The room was rough. The refrigerator front was covered in rusted scratches. The electric burners on the stove were all popped out. The chairs around the little table had large food crumbs in them. The decoration around the bathroom mirror had gaps and holes where it had been peeled away. When we went to call for linens for the pull out sofa bed neither phone had a dial tone/functioned.

They staff were really friendly and helpful. The shower went from hot to cold. The electric hob did not look safe to me. The rings were not flat but at an angle. Please fit induction hobs for safety but also for less power use and ease of cleaning. The breakfast wasn't bad but I would have like corn muffins, not regular muffins, and the hot egg/burger thing in a bun, I couldn't eat that since wheat/gluten give me gas. All and all, maybe 3.5 stars is closer. No other problems.

The staff was very warm and friendly. However the hotel needs some upgrades. It’s very dated. There’s water damage around the tub and wall area. I killed a huge bug. It scared me. It looked like a stink bug or a water bug. I don’t know what it was, but it was disgusting. It was on the counter in the kitchen. The room was not as clean as I expected. They were stains on my sheets. The outside door of the building was open and unlocked every night. Safety is important to me. It was surprisinglyquiet inside each night. I sprayed and sanitized everything for my own piece of mind.
