Cons: Bedding was dirty and needed to be completely remade, including a stained pillow that I asked to have replaced. Floor in kitchenette was cracked, screen was broken in my room. Mattress on sofa bed was thin and very uncomfortable. Microwave in room didn’t work. Pros: staff was exceptional and really tries to make the most of what they have to work with. The fire pit area where the outdoor cooking area is was fantastic. Grounds were pretty. In short, although there were good parts about this hotel I wouldn’t stay here again. At this price point, there should be clean linens when I arrive and I shouldn’t have to make my own bed. Side note- the hotel is also located by a sketchy neighborhood.

Loved the hotel stay a lot! There was just a smell of either black mold or cigarettes in our room. I know it said no smoking in the hotel room which is why I think maybe it could be a mold smell as well. Nonetheless it was slightly off-putting. Other than that, the staff were some of the nicest people ever. The check in process was so smooth and the people were a delight! Loved how close Walmart was to the hotel. I had to end up going because I forgot my belt for the wedding. The drive was about 30 seconds.

Check in was easy. We were half an hour early and our suite was ready. Very easy to find the room. Bathroom and sleeping area were clean as well as most of the kitchenette. There was a baking sheet in the oven though that still had grease from the previous stay. It was easy to clean so no huge deal but it made me inspect the kitchen a little closer and the rest was clean as well as the dishes. Breakfast was nice and had a bit of everything to choose from and the coffee was hot.
