Everything stood out as exceptional. St. John's is a first class resort in all respects. We ate in all three restaurants and the food and service were exceptional. We loved the beautiful art work and Christmas decorations throughout the resort. Our room was perfect. We look forward to our next visit to the Plymouth area!

Dirty nail scissors in the bathroom and the large lamp in the room is broken/loose at the base, so the lamp is leaning over. The power went out 1 hour after check-in and front desk staff was not very helpfull. No offering of flashlights or assistance; the hotel rooms were absolutely pitch black. Luckily the power returned after about 1.5 hours and we were able to enjoy our stay, but I was supprised with the lack of concern for the guests at the front desk. It made me wonder if safety measures are in place in cases of emergency.

Honestly for the price I was expecting more. I booked the executive king suite for my 30th birthday and it was just “meh”. None of the usb ports would charge my phone which was annoying. The pool was a lot of fun, although the doors were locked 45 minutes before it closes. I wouldn’t have been so disappointed if I didn’t pay so much for this room! :/

What an amazing stay. The resort is unbelievably beautiful. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. We had happy hour at Doyle’s pub then dinner at the Five Steakhouse. Fantastic food and wine along with courteous staff. The next night we had tapas at the Wine Grotto. Another great meal in a sensational location. Breakfast and lunch also at the Five Steakhouse did not disappoint. The grounds are lovely and the Christmas decorations had just gone up during our stay. The chapel and atrium are breath taking. The staff were so very professional and friendly at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days.

We had two rooms and they were both very nice! We were on the 6th floor with a nice view of the sunset. I love the bathroom lighting with the adjustable night light. Shower was very nice in the King room. Bed was comfy. Pillows were a little too high for us but we made do. We had dinner and wine at the Wine Grotto. Exceptional food and service and wine! Love the ambience too. Staff was all great! Used the pool and enjoyed that too. Would stay again for sure!!!

We Love this hotel. It feels very premium and high end. The halls were quiet and there were no weird smells. It was just fantastic and turn down service was excellent. We needed help to hook up our Gaming console to the Television and they sent someone up right away to take care of us. We can't wait to come back!
