Nice, no complaints

Staff was amazing and friendly, breakfast wasn’t what was advertised on the website but it was ok. Our room had a fireplace and they provided a log for it which was nice. Overall it was a good experience and the price was right.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Especially Bob. He went above and beyond to help us with our room keys and we forgot our pizza from dinner at front desk. Instead of calling us. He ran it up to our room. Everyone was so kind. The only real complaint is the water pressure was so low and it took forever to shower. Also our room was soooooo far from the entrance and there’s only 1 ELEVATOR for this HUGE complex! If I could not park somewhat closer to my room next time, I don’t see myself staying there again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable I woke up with back pain and neck pain every day. When it comes to how clean it is. Is not very dusty and the rub feels and made my feet look dirty.

Only two large towels were in the bathroom, bare minimum requirements were met with coffee maker and the TVs. Hardly any channels work or have signal on both TVs. Also we were given the wrong room.
