The room was quiet and clean, access to the nearby shopping mall and dining options was excellent. However, the ice machine on the 7th floor was out of order, so we had to go to other floors whenever we needed ice. The information booklet listed vending machines on several floors, but when I checked, there were none. Riding through the floors, looking for a vending mashine felt a bit awkward, so eventually I went to the front desk. They informed me that vending machines are no longer available. Snacks were only available in the “gift” store and had to be paid for at reception. The selection was quite limited, which I found a bit odd. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. One small downside: we had to purchase shampoo and conditioner ourselves, as the hotel still provides small bottles, which isn’t sustainable, nor usable. So is it a bit outdated, yes it is, but it has that old charm too. Just needs some tweaks, some sustainable ideas and definitely a new information booklet.

Huge issue, only boiling water in shower. Could not even take my shower and went to a gym nearby. I explained to the morning staff when checking out and he seem not too bother as he said I need to complain on the app. Not happy experience unfortunately but the night staff was nice and welcoming.

Property is well kept but very dated. Check in was smooth but had to wait a few minutes due to short staffed and nothing special, no welcome or information about hotel dining options or water bottles. No water bottles in the room, LED lighting in hallway (floor 2) extremely bright, hospital like. Room was spacious and newer tv, safe but awful pillows made it hard to sleep and extremely loud plumbing. Very clean property and enjoyed breakfast at Crumpets.
