I had a very disappointing stay. The room was insalubrious, extremely dirty, and clearly neglected. The furniture was broken, the overall condition was very run down, and the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. I have stayed at several Red Roof locations before and have never encountered anything this disgusting. There was no body soap or conditioner provided, only shampoo. Several electrical outlets were visibly burnt, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location and do not plan to return. The only positives were the low price and the fact that the receptionist was kind—that’s unfortunately where the positives end.

The room had random stains throughout it. The deadblock was broken. Had no soap to wash you hands or body. Towels look untouched and it was a terrible smell. Lampshades had splatters and stains, heat didnt work and the stairs were very icy.
