It took 3 rooms before we could find one acceptable. First one had urine dried on the toilet seat. Second room wasn’t even made up. Third room was ok. Although funny smell and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and dope. For breakfast in the morning the waffle dispenser was broken. Another customer showed me how to get the batter out. Front desk the next day was helpful in recovering an item we left in the first room before we moved. Went to have dinner in restaurant and looking forward to a glass of wine. Restaurant wasn’t licenced to serve wine. Overall disappointing.

Room was dirty and not well kept. - Bathroom door creaks. - Shower curtain rod is bent. - Shower tub didn't drain well. - Toilet paper is rough as sand paper. - No bathroom fan. Among others, but those are what i remember.

My only problem was with breakfast. The first morning, there was no yogurt or breakfast sandwiches. I looked for them twice within 45 minutes. No eggs on any day You know they are listed as available, right? I would have liked banannas over apples. Most people would.

The property wasn't inviting aesthetically. The carpets were not clean and appeared old & the furnishing in the room was outdated. The walls (Not your fault) were thin enough that I had to endure listening to my neighbors t.v. The location was convenient being in close proximity of the expressway.

Staying here felt like stepping into a hilarious mashup of Home Alone 2 (the New York dream vibes) and The Shining (minus the spooky twins… I think). The king-bed kitchenette room was spotless, cool, and comfy enough to make me consider moving in. Front desk staff? Kind, patient, and actually helpful — unicorns in hospitality. Cleaning ladies? Absolute angels with vacuums. I wanted to adopt them. The hotel sits all tucked away at the dead end of Troy, which makes it feel secretly luxurious and deliciously secluded. Tons of parking too — you could land a small plane out there. Didn’t try the pool yet, but I’ll be back this coming up summer to splash around like it’s my personal home state resort. 10/10 recommend — especially if you like your hotel stays with a little personality and a whole lot of comfort

Horrible management. Very rude, rolled his eyes every time a question was asked. My kids got stuck in an already malfunctioning elevator and proceeded to blame them even though the elevators Were broke when we got there. Horrible experience and will never come back to that hotel.

Jerome‘s word in my opinion, very dirty. It did not match the description that was given. They said that the hotel was remodeled only thing that looked remodeled, maybe was the lobby area, but the chairs in the lobby were severely stained. The carpet was very dirty upstairs in the hotel room, and also in the hallways was not up to my standard whatsoeverx
