Disgusting

I work for another hotel chain as a maintenance technician. My wife and I decided we would try a new place. First off yes this sight is a deal. Then you purchase insurance. You have to jump through hoops. I wanted a refund. I still do. The carpets are all stained. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The ptech unit has not been cleaned since the hotel opened. I have never yet seen a ptech in such condition. It was so molded and rusted we couldn’t turn it on. We both woke up so sick. I told the lady at the front desk . It seems like she was well trained for this situation. So basically I want my $180 back. The state is just one call away.

I didnt like that we had a 2 night stay and they called us and said we didnt pay for 2 nights. Then called back and found that we did. Then we get a knock on the door did we need housekeeping. The sign in the bathroom stated if you need housekeeping call. Then we get a knock on the door if our smoke alarm went off. It did not.

There was no microwave oven in the room although booking confirmation indicated in-room microwave oven. Inter access was very slow and frequently disconnecting. Breakfast food options were limited. The rooms lamps were missing light bulbs. All these mentioned items were not expected with the prices we paid for our stay. Otherwise beds were comfortable. Good location for shopping areas such as outlet mall.

Dont plan to use the pool

I read the reviews about the pool being under repair so I called the hotel TWICE to be sure and explained that me and a friend were going to a concert and just wanted to spend the day by the pool. They assured me on both occasions that the pool was up and operational and open. They did not mention that it was only open from 1 to 9 pm. So since we had a concert to go to in the evening and check out is at 11 the next day we could not spend the day at the pool.
