Went to our new room, dirty rags in bathroom, bed had mold and filth, floor board falling off, hanger being used to stabilize the fridge, the person at the counter was very rude, and inconsiderate, stated they have a person that works every 3 days to clean only, this place should be investigated and shut down, refused to give refund.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here to my worst enemy. The place is FILTHY. Dirty bedding, dirt and pet hair caked on everything, mold, food and wrappers left in the room from previous guests. Overall disgusting. We couldn’t even force ourselves to sleep in our room. Ended up packing up in the middle of the night and driving home instead. Do not stay here!

Best part of my stay? I had a bed. Reality of my stay? TV didn’t work, exposed wires under the head board, toilet runs continuously, hand soap was a useless crumbling mess when we opened it. Truthfully I can’t say I’ve stayed in worse hotel / motel!

The room was sad with stained curtains falling off of the rod, a bent screen in the window, streaked mirror, and a hair dryer that did not work. Despite this, the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable, so we did sleep well. The staff were friendly and did care that the room we ended up in was one that has not been renovated.

Our room had floor boards pulled away from the walls and the lock didn’t work on the door. We were told maintenance would fix it but never did. we were offered a new room, which was in a little better shape but appeared to have poop on the curtain. eek.

This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting
