Usually have no issues. But left my blanket and very expensive pillow in the room and when I realized and asked, they said they never seen it and did not have it. That’s not possible considering I had not been home and it was not in my car. Did not think they were the type to steal.

The room was great. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a kitchenette, but there are no utensils. I completely understand why, but include that it's bring your own. I didn’t need them. It's just an observation.

Stay was great until the last night. Went down to my car around midnight, Saturday night/Sunday morning. Tried to get back in the locked front doors, key didn't work for some reason. Got in a side door, but my key card wouldn't work for my room. Went to the front lobby/desk and all the lights were off. Tried calling the emergency number they have listed, it just rang to the phone at the front desk, which no one was at. Guests came in and offered help, but couldn't help. Finally, around 1:20 in the morning, a guy comes in, either he had just woken up or was stoned out of his mind. He didn't say 2 words to me, I explained what happened, he just gave me a new card and said nothing. Thankfully that card worked. I will be calling My Place corporate and lodging a complaint against this property.

Overall very good. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Room had everything I needed. Unfortunately I left a set of dog steps there but that is easily replaced. Only issue was the card key access. Because it rained, the readers on the end doors didnt work so i had to go to the main entrance when coming back in. Other than that, a great stay. Would stay tgere again if in the area.
