Geat location. Nice hotel.

Nice overall hotel. Great location. Rooms are well appointed, and clean. Parking was a bit pricey, and No EV hook-ups. Cheaper options just down the block, with Charge-point level 2's on multiple levels.

Top of the Pontch restaurant/bar was closed. Although I had confirmed prior that it would be open, none of the staff knew why it was closed. At check in I was told that breakfast would be on the top floor but it was closed when I arrived with no explanation.

Rooms was beautiful relaxing and quiet,staff was amazing, restaurants walking distance, we had all you can eat breakfast and the food was delicious, only thing is I will take public transportation the next time because they charged 45 bucks a night for parking. So when I let people know when they go use public transportation other than that I give it a 10 +

Service was exceptional at the Fort Pontchatrain. I was able to stow my luggage while at a conference, and even checked in early. Room was very comfy and quiet. A perfect stay.

The hotel is well maintained. Everything in the pool / spa area was functioning and clean. The breakfast was just just fine, not great. For this hotel I would have though they could manage to provide real coffee cups and silverware, not to mention plates at $19/pp. The room was very comfortable and clean.
