The staff was a bit unfriendly. They looked annoyed asking questions at the front desk. We only had decaf stocked in our room. We asked the desk for regular and it was apparently an inconvenience. Our bed was uncomfortable and sloped to one side. The hot water took 15 minuttes to get hot. We had a wonderful stayy pur first time. Just not the second.

It was disappointing because when we arrived we were under the impression that the breakfast was included but then the morning of were told need a voucher for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was from 6:30am - 10:30 am, but we're not told we needed a voucher for the breakfast.

The hotel is in good shape and clean. The breakfast/dining was not staffed one day. The breakfast cost 10.00 at the reception desk but 14.99 in the restaurant. This needs to be uniform, and at 10.00, not 14.99. I requested foam/standard pillows, but all they have is feather, which are horrible. It's a nice hotel. The coffee pot in the room was on a top shelf in a cabinet which meant it could not be opened to pour in water due to the cord. Makes no sense.

I stayed in room 224 and there was no ironing board, they did not leave a bath towel for outside the shower and all of the toiletries were empty in the show. Also, the hand soap by the sink was filled with chunky, disgusting substance. I intentionally started staying at this property even though it is a little further than other holiday inns, but this stay was disappointing to say the least.

Looks great outside. Very nice patio and chairs outside. Breakfast had all the normal choices and was good. The room looked good until I moved a chair to find all kinds of crumbs & chips. I dripped water getting out of the shower, dried the floor with an extra wash cloth, it was black! The floor was swept but not washed. Every day was like garbage day at home.People put their trash cans and leftover food garbage in the hallway Yuk! The staff was very friendly and helpful, but obviously there wasn’t enough of them.

Helpful staff and the location of the hotel is near groceries and restaurants. They do not charge for parking which is good. The only thing that are the middle of the night, it got very noisy with two people talking right outside my room. Other than that, a very nice place that I will go back to again if i need to book.
