The environment was decent and I was happy with my stay until someone opened my room door twice between 7a-7:15a! Apparently the staff programmed the customers door key wrong and they were able to open my room door. After speaking with the manager, I was told that I would receive 5,000 points to my account (basically a free room), and I have yet to receive any points.

Would have been 5 stars.However was not told when booking that credit card would be charged $150.00 deposit.That is suppose to be refunded in 6 to 8 business days.Also shower water was hard to regulate.Was either to cold or to hot.Also shower head was weak.Breakfast was nothing special.Had biscuits but no gravy.Staff was helpful and friendly.
