To start, this is not a 5 star hotel. So don’t set bar too high. Hotel was clean and nice. Rooms are very large. Only problems I had was bathroom lighting was very dim. Tile in the room was not flat and doors were difficult to open and close over uneven tile. What overshadowed all of this was the AMAZING breakfast. Two large garage doors open to a large breakfast area. From fresh to order pancakes to omelettes, potatoes and ground coffee. We were so impressed with breakfast. I have been to much nicer hotels that dint have this nice of breakfast. For the price in this area this is a must stay.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn for a couple of days. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was genuinely great. That part exceeded expectations. One thing to note is that this appears to be a 2 star Holiday Inn, so some amenities I expected, like bathrobes or slippers, weren’t provided. That’s on me for not checking the category closely, and it’s understandable. The only real downside was the customer service at the front desk. Most staff were fine, but the receptionist I interacted with was very short and unengaging. Not rude, just a lot of yes/no responses and no real effort to be welcoming or helpful. That took away from the overall experience a bit. Overall, a solid stay for cleanliness and food, but customer service could definitely be improved.
