Entire Carriage House w/ garage downtown

This fully renovated historic carriage house will be your perfect oasis in the heart of the action. It is located steps from Little Caesar’s Arena, Comerica Park, and Ford Field, as well as countless restaurants, bars and concert venues. This sprawling loft studio includes a designer bathroom, king sized bed, a large equipped kitchen, and garage parking. The sectional sofa pulls out into a second bed. Come soak in the tub and use this as the launching pad for your visit to Detroit.

Just six years ago, this historic building was a Brush Park ruin with three walls standing, no roof, and no service connections. Everything is new, except for the red brick walls.

There is a garage at grade level, plus a 1000 square foot studio loft above.

Arrival guide will be sent to you by Airbnb, ahead of your arrival. You are welcome to park one vehicle inside of the garage. Additional vehicles can park on our lot and immediately adjacent to your Carriage House building.

We are at your service 24/7. Just call or text for a fast response!

AMAZING place to stay. Host was easy to communicate with, prompt, and friendly. Location was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to Little Cesar's arena. Very clean, beautifully decorated and accommodating. Tons of amenities. Definitely recommend!

Very cool property in an amazing location. Reminded me of the kind of vrbo experiences that used to be more common before so many of them were bought/run by businesses. Felt like being welcomed into your cool Detroit friend's home but they just happened to not be home right then!I don't know what the winery question is referring to, maybe we missed something great?
