The shower appeared to be clogged, but when the maintenance came to check, it turned out there was no clog, rather the tub was not built at a slope so water passes slowly. Having the water pool up at my feet was not very comfortable.
I've stayed here numerous times and each time was pleasant until this time. We checked in around 11pm and got to our room only to find out the A/C is not working. No other rooms available, nobody to fix the A/C. Room was about 80 degrees all night. Couldn't sleep.
The people were amazing. The bed in our room squeaked and was old box spring and very hard to sleep on. Didn't sleep very well at all. The bathroom had know Hooks to hang your towel by the shower. It was a very big bathroom but had a very small sink and the toilet moved when you sat on it. Otherwise it was ok!

Was told at check in that breakfast was available until 11am. Was greeted by an attendant in the line asking if we paid for breakfast with our room. We assumed so by what was said at check in, but she checked and said we weren't qualified for free breakfast because we booked through expedia.
So communication was lacking.
Tub in shower was backed up, conditioner bottle in shower was empty. Did appreciate the shuttle service to a wedding nearby. Overall a 'meh' experience. Probably will book through Hilton directly next time.
