The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported.
