The physical condition of the hotel was great, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, rooms are not being cleaned daily meaning that trash was piling up in our room while we waited for the room to be cleaned. Cleaning didn't actually happen until approx 4:00 pm on the 2nd day.

Hotel was clean, however no one had shoveled the walk way/parking lot so it was very slippery. Staff seemed uninterested in check in process. Barely greeted us. But hotel is convenient for a soccer combine nearby which is why we stayed. Room was clean and the water in the shower was hot with great water pressure. The breakfast was not good. We didn’t eat more than a few bites.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times this past year due to family illness and it has been perfect. The price was great as were the staff, cleanliness and comfort. We did not have a reason to use the gym or pool but all seem to be in good order. Would highly recommend.
