Comfort Inn a good spot close to museum

Everything was good. Staff friendly. Breakfast sufficient, could’ve used a little more variety but it was decent.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Our first room the refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioner was not working properly. The desk clerk found us a new room that was much better.

Check in was quick. The room was acceptable. The complementary shampoo & conditioner were minuscule bottles. The fan in the bathroom was EXTREMELY noisy! It would have been helpful to have a Guide channel for the TV. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did not come on the second day….someone arrived at 9:30 am on our last day with fresh towels, but we were ready to checkout. Breakfast: the coffee was sub standard, there was no regular creamer, only hazelnut, and no Splenda. We came down by 8:30 and the bagels were gone, there was no syrup for the waffles, no fresh fruit, only white bread for toast, and the cereal was all pre-sweetened variety. The eggs were fine. From then on, we went out for breakfast. My shower on our last morning took over TEN MINUTES to get warm. Not pleased at all.

Running out of breakfast food often Staff not friendly no smiles no greetings Not paying attention to guests, running out of food, someone kept taking the food/drinks in tray, came back 3 times. Someone put food in plastic bags but no staff available to keep an eye.

Not worth the money

Hotel was very run down. Rooms were ok, but the hotel itself starting with the doors you walk in seems like it is falling apart and not kept up on the cleaning of common areas. Breakfast area was a joke. The lady in charge was mostly on her phone or talking with other staff. Eggs, sausage, potatoes were completely empty and had to track her down to ask for more. Then went to the pancake mix and syrup were also out with an hour left to go for breakfast. She was very unfriendly and seemed bothered when I asked if they could be refilled. When I walked through the rickety doors, there was a dispenser for water that was leaking all over the floor. Not a little, a lot. Elevators were dirty and clunky. I did not feel safe on it and took the stairs a lot.

It was a quiet stay. A safe location. Food was ok. They ran out of sausage one morning and didnt seem to eager to refill it. Breakfast ends at 930, and this was 8. Fast check in. Pool was not heated so it was a little chilly getting in. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Overall a good experience. I would stay again
