The house was just what we were looking for during our brief stay. The gathering spaces were big and open, very inviting to have dinner together or watch a movie. We also spent the evening outside around the fire pit and were able to enjoy the setting. It’s a special neighborhood, with access to several lakes. Keith was easy to communicate with and a great host.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Property was dirty. Registers not cleaned. Closet shelving dirty and splintered wood. Furniture in TV room is not working and uncomfortable, spent evenings sitting at dining table. Shower liner is at least 6 inches above tub so we had to lay towels to catch water so not to flood Bathroom and damage floors. No toaster in kitchen and ground coffee pot was stained and filthy looking. I should get cleaning fee back because it was not used from previous stay. Also not really sure why a service fee and required property damage fee. Cut the weeds so at end of driveway to help people see oncoming traffic, the way it is now is very hazardous. When we arrived I had to call to get entry code because it was not sent. Poor experience all around.
