Room had cobwebs in corners. Also, there were some strange limitations, like wristbands and special key to pool. Sounds like the hotel has a lot of traffic from outside the hotel. Breakfast could improve.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget-friendly places that were still clean and professional, but this one was disgusting. It felt more like a dirty roadside motel than a hotel. The hallway reeked of weed and old food, the carpet was filthy, and my room was worse — fingerprints on mirrors, greasy doors, hair in the tub, and stains under the bed covers. Even found a hairpin left behind. Clearly no one cleaned. The morning staff was kind and called housekeeping, but when I came back at 7:30 PM, nothing had been done. The night employee (Sam) was dismissive and claimed it was cleaned, even after I showed proof. On top of that, housekeeping was loud in the mornings, yelling on speakerphone in the hall. I ended up buying my own sheets and blankets just to feel clean. This place is filthy, mismanaged, and a total embarrassment to the Best Western name.

We booked a non smoking room and the room smelled terribly of smoke.. we alerted staff about this issue twice. TV didn’t work, we alerted staff but that was later in the evening and we declined.
