Beautifully Furnished 3-Bedroom Home with Lake View - Five minutes to I96 and M5

Unwind in Walled Lake in this recently renovated and beautifully furnished home, with nice views of Walled Lake and easy access to it for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Our home is on the biking and walking path alongside the lake and within walking distance of a public beach, a large park and many restaurants. Close to the MI Air Line Trail. Near interstate and shopping. Only 30 miles to the airport and downtown Detroit. No pets.

This adorable home has an open kitchen, dining room and living room layout with one small bedroom, a full shower only bathroom and laundry on the main floor and a master bedroom, second bedroom and full shower/tub bathroom on upper floor.

The master bedroom has direct access to an upper patio with two patio chairs and small table - perfect space for relaxing, reading and viewing the lake and activity below on the biking/walking path.

The kitchen boasts GE Cafe line appliances and a beverage cooler in the island and is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and common small appliances.

All bedding, bath towels and linens are 100% cotton.

All mattresses were purchased new and, since purchase, have had bed bug encasements and waterproof mattress pads on them. Upstairs mattresses are both Saatva organic luxury firm classic mattresses (one King and one Queen) and the downstairs mattress (one Full) is a Beautyrest Englander mattress.

The backyard has a propane gas grill (propane provided) and a small storage shed with two beach cruiser bikes for your use during your stay. No helmets provided. Outdoor dining table and chairs will be provided soon.

You will not be disappointed with the host, house or the location. The beach is extremely close, even with several kids, on a very walkable road. There are places to eat within walking distance of either direction of the house. The host is kind and quick to respond to requests or inquiries. The house is updated and clean, with comfortable furnishings. Mercer Beach of Walled Lake is a nice beach. Neighborhood seems safe. The water is clear and great for kids as it's shallow for quite a distance out. Would recommend this location to friends and family and would stay here again.

Squeaky clean, nicely decorated and appointed. This home is just steps from the beach in Walled Lake, walking distance to a few restaurants and shops, with a nice view overlooking the lake. All of this in a home that is surprisingly quiet, and a great combination of quaint and updated. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. Really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.
