I got a room that looked like a storage room it had mop buckets in the tub an room bed wasn’t made no clean sheets there where a used pad on the floor totally unacceptable as a business I’ll give it a -3 stars

This property has zero amenities! No spa no pool no weight room no refrigerator and microwave in rooms. In order to get toilet paper and towels you gotta walk to the concierge’s desk. Roaches flies and other bug types were in the room. Had to get my cat out from under the bed. She was able to squeeze herself and had to lift up the mattress, and it was full of pee and black.

The staff was generally very helpful and nice. The main factor that prompted us to leave early was the strong tobacco and marijuana smoke in the hotel. It was obvious there was active smoking inside. I even saw someone vaping in the elevator. Our room's air wasn't as bad after I opened the window, but the smell on the bed sheets, coverings, and pillows was still quite noticeable.

The entrance was clean and decent but the room was the worst room I have ever been in. The bathroom was dirty with the bathtub having hair that looked like a sponge in it. The sink had a slime looking substance coming out of the drain. The AC unit did not function. There were blood smears on the wall, like bugs were killed and smeared. The smell throughout the room including the bed and covers are undescribable. No, mini fridge available. I was in room 243, I asked for I refund and the said they could not, it's against hotel policy. We ended up leaving anyways.

The hallways and rooms were dirty. Broken, uneven tiles in halls and fake eyelashes stuck to the floor. The first room we were put in had plants growing out of the walls. Second room we had bug carcuses splattered on the walls and not cleaned, mold in the shower, and the floors looked unswept. There were no fridges or phones in either rooms which was uncomfortable as we were unable to call and alert the front desk when there was a commotion in the room next door that sounded like a physical altercation. The staff member at the front desk was very kind and understanding and helped us into another room when the first one had foliage coming out of the wall. Do not recommend if traveling with children as there were clear signs of prostitution on the premises. First night we stayed there was an unruly gues who broke out a window in another hotel room.
