There were water stains all over the ceiling. Two of the lights didnt work. One being the bathroom light. The jacuzzi tub was held together by rusty screws. It was falling apart. The pillows were smashed into little cubes. I didnt know they were full size pillows! People fighting all night.

toilets were nasty. no toilet paper. the drain to the sink was in the sick broken. the cabinets didn’t have drawers in them. bathroom lights barely worked. the only good thing was the room was spacious other then that it was very dirty

They took forever Signing us in and getting us in our room and then once we were in the room, they was very rude when we come out one of the times one of us spilt a little coffee and the manager was like screaming at us and yelling at us the second day, we tried to order another room and we ended up having to pay for it too because they didn’t have the one we already paid for in the system correctly and they couldn’t do anything to fix that for us It was awful.

Wow! This was probably the MOST ghetto and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. From the beginning things were ok but odd, the night window worker was very pleasant and professional when checking me in. I was tired from the long drive and just ready to rest and she understood that and made sure I was ok. When entering the room there was a strong smell of water and kinda like a musty mold smell but I said hey the is a Jacuzzi room but I’ll ask the manager about it in the morning. Next morning comes I get dressed for my day and thought when I came back I might wanna hang out in the jacuzzi….. NOPE upon filling the tub and turning on the jets the tub and room were filled with a sewage smell as sewage water began to run from the jets…. At this point I’m outraged because I got the room for the sole purpose of the jacuzzi that I could not use my whole stay. After leaving and coming back because of the smell I returned to my room only to find out I had been checked out of my reservation unknowingly and without reason. I went out to the desk to talk to the day manager about it and he says “you were only to stay for one day and if you are staying for another night you were supposed to come to the desk to tell us so you card can be charged for the next night.” I am immediately upset and reminded him that I purchased 2 days on Expedia and paid for them upfront so I did not understand what he was saying… I immediately switched to the subject of the hot tub and

It’s a cheap room to get you through the night. It doesn’t look the best walls need paint and other things but cheap it’s over there forsure.

Upon arrival we stood at the front desk for 20 mins before any staff showed up to help us.Once we finally did get checked in and in our room the first thing I noticed was how out dated everything was.It was however very clean.The bed was semi comfy.There was someone blarring music all night long which made it hard to sleep.Hours after checking in,I received an email stating that due to COVID 19 protocol they were not serving a continental breakfast which was crazy because it didn't say any of that while booking the room.Not the worst room but I doubt I will ever return.
